Name: Thaddeus "Thad" Thawne II

Canon: DC Comics / Pulled from after his last appearance in the "Impulse" comics.

Scrubs Color: Forest Green

Visible Age: Mid teens (15-16)

Gender: Male

Height: 5'1"

Physique: Thin and small in stature, but gangly, with a runners build, long legs and big feet.

Complexion: Slightly tanned with light freckling.

Hygiene: Generally very fastidious about hygiene, unless he gets wrapped up in a project to the point of neglecting to take care of himself.

Hair: Short and blond

Eyes: Pail yellow

Defining Marks: None, unless you count looking identical to his genetic original, with the exception of his hair being blond instead of brunet.

Accent/Speech: Has a bit of a nasally voice with a touch of southern twang (when he's upset or excited that might be overtaken by an accent that will be foreign to anyone that hasn't heard Interac before).

Bearing/Demeanor: He's only ever completely relaxed when he's alone. Other wise he's very purposefully composed, and if there's ever anyone around that he doesn't like/trust, he'll be much more cold, rigid, haughty and on edge. Can have a habit of trying to make himself seem small and unassuming while blending into crowds, and always prefers to have a wide area of personal space. The closer to him other people are, the more fidgety and uncomfortable he'll become.

Gait: Confident, agile and light on his feet, often seems to flit form place to place. If walking with others he may fall in to step with them, sometimes to the point of copying their stride as if he's trying to hide his own foot falls.

Habits: Is prone to getting lost in his own thoughts and being a bit spacey when he's in a comfortable enough situation, can have a hard time being still for extended periods of time and may fall in to tapping his foot or some other fidgety behavior, tends to swear in Interlac as opposed to English, can start speaking too fast if he gets excited, and has a deep love of dark humor and cheesy science puns.

Skills: Tactical planning, inventing, repair work, is intelligent, calculating, observant, and fast (even without his superspeed).

IC Permissions -

Physical contact: He's not very good with physical contact he hasn't initiated. He might begrudgingly accept it or he may flinch away.

Kissing: Here's a great way of getting hit, unless he's got one hell of a deep connection with the one attempting it.

Flirting: He’ll probably be oblivious to most advances thrown his way. Though if they are blatant/brazen enough he could become either flustered or angry.

Easiest way to get on his bad side: Characters comparing him to his genetic original, do so at their own risk. Also, anyone who is part of the Flash family, or speaks well of them, is instantly on his bad side (with the slight semi exception of Max Mercury and Helen Claiborne).

Easiest way to get on his good side: There is no easy way to get on his good side, though humoring his stupid jokes and insulting Bart Allen is apparently a good start.

Fighting: Yes, please.

Injuring / Killing this character: I'm good with this. For death or serious injury, ask first so we can plot it out.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Using telepathy on him without his permission is a really good way to instantly get on his bad side if he realizes it happened, but feel free. If you would like details on what his mind would be like, just contact me.
